Generator Rental Finder is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE CONFIRMED BY ERIK]. This page explains what we collect when you use the site.
No accounts, no advertising cookies
You don't need an account. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell personal data.
Analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the United States) to count page views and anonymous interactions: clicks on page elements, searches typed into a provider list, filters, the sizing calculator total, clicks that leave this site (for example to a rental company's website or phone, recorded with the provider, city and destination address), contact-link clicks, missing pages, and which site referred you (for example an AI assistant). PostHog is configured to keep its identifier in memory only, without cookies or local storage, so you are not recognized across visits; session recording is off, and IP addresses are not stored with events. We use this only to improve the directory.
Shortlist requests
If you ask for a shortlist by email, we use your email address, metro, use case, estimated size and the optional ZIP code and timing you enter to build the list and email it to you. We store the request for up to 180 days to prevent abuse and to understand demand. We do not share or sell it, and we do not send it to any rental company. Email support@cadira.ai to have it deleted.
If you email us (support@cadira.ai), we use your message and address only to respond and to fix listings. We keep that correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.
Business information
Listings contain business information published by the companies themselves or by public map listings. Companies can request corrections or removal on the corrections page.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Analytics events are processed by PostHog. Maps use OpenStreetMap, which your browser loads directly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold about you. Email support@cadira.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
